Products
BPX-S6 series is a range of modifications of a polysaccharide microgels specifically designed for household and cosmetic products with the aim of enhancing the environmental profile of end products by cutting out harmful components without sacrificing the washing ability. The capability of polysaccharide microgels to encapsulate oil-, fat- or grease-containing contamination and isolate it from water has emulsifying and anti-resorption properties and helps achieve the same level of detergent performance with milder surfactant system or with less surfactant content.
BPX-S6 also can introduce rheology modification, complexing and anti-static properties to formulations.
BPX Additives are produced from agricultural feedstock such as starches and pectins and as such they are safe, biodegradable, non-toxic to aquatic organisms and result in hypoallergic formulations.
Substituting part of the surfactant system with a bio-based additive lead to increased rinsability and associated water savings.

Polysaccharide microgels produced from starches, pectins or cellulose have a unique property: reacting to a change in physical chemical conditions (pH, ionic strength, temperature) the dissolved nano-scale particles form longer biopolymer chains and take on the gel form.
The gel formation happens at the phase boundary between water and any oil-, fat- or grease-containing contamination creating miscellas and effectively isolating and encapsulating the contamination from water.

The product is supplied in liquid form packed in 200 litre polymer containers, polyethylene barrels or canisters
Transportation can be carried out by any transport in covered, clean vehicles. The product should not be transported together with sharply smelling materials
The product to be stored in sheltered dry ventilated storage facilities > 1 metre from heating devices at a temperature of between 5°C and 25°C, protected from overheating and direct sunlight
All substances in the composition of BPX-S6 are excluded from the registration obligation in accordance with annexes IV, V of the REACH regulation
The product is supplied in liquid form packed in 1,000-litre IBC containers, 200-litre polymer drums, or 20-litre canisters
